In addition to Virginia notarial act fees, mobile notary appointments include a mobile service fee for travel time and mileage. This fee is based on the distance from our service base ZIP code 22204 to your appointment location. To keep pricing simple and transparent, we use the mileage ranges shown below in our Mobile Service Fee Schedule.

Although standard travel pricing is often based on round-trip distance, our mobile service fee is based on one-way mileage only.
